01Do you buy antiques from the public?
Not typically. The Vintage Warehouse is home to more than 150 independent vendors who source their own inventory from a variety of places.
02Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please keep your pet with you and under control while you explore.
03Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free. Several other local businesses share our historic dock, so please be mindful of the limited spaces—and take a moment to check out our neighbors while you are here!
04Do vendors negotiate prices?
Most items are already marked at the vendor’s best possible price. Our vendors often have other jobs and commitments, so they may not be available to consider offers while you shop.
05Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift certificates. Just ask a team member at the front desk and we will be happy to help.
06Can purchased furniture be held for pickup?
Yes. Purchased furniture can be held for pickup for up to seven days.
07What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and tap-to-pay payments.
08What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our vendor-market business, all sales are final. Please look items over carefully and ask us any questions before purchasing.
